WHAT'S YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We gladly accept returns for prints damaged during shipping. Exchanges or refunds of print on demand items are not accepted, as each is made to order. Print on demand orders include yoga mats, dog beds, some pint glasses, some apparel items, ornaments, tapestries, and blankets. If your item has a printing issue from print on demand production, reach out and we will review on a case by case basis. For further questions, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Depending on the time of the year, most orders arrive within 3-10 business days, however some orders may take longer if a product needs to be restocked or if we are on the road! Please allow a few more days for orders around the holidays. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, feel free to email us at email@example.com for any questions or concerns you may have.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer free USPS shipping with tracking for all non-custom orders. All custom orders are shipped based on the order's weight and delivery zip code. Prints are shipped in MEGA TUBE brand tubes and are shipped separately from all other products. Print on demand orders are handled by our fulfillment warehouse and come separate from poster orders.
