DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Tax is applied to orders in the state of North Carolina.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We gladly accept returns for prints damaged during shipping or exchanges for apparel as long as they are in original condition (unworn and unwashed). For exchanges of home decor items, please email info@trippsprints.com for approval.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Depending on the time of the year, most orders arrive within 3-10 business days! Please allow a few more days for orders around the holidays. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, feel free to email us at info@trippsprints.com for any questions or concerns you may have.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

For orders over $100, we offer free USPS shipping with tracking. All other orders are shipped based on the product's weight and delivery zip code. Prints are shipped in MEGA TUBE brand tubes and are shipped separately from all other products. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order's tracking number once the label has been printed. If you do not receive this email or have any questions, feel free to email info@trippsprints.com.
