• Once the deposit (50% of total) is received, we will e-mail you a custom order questionnaire to complete.
• The questionnaire covers all the details for the celebration from theme & overall vibe to colors and text (if any) to be included, as well as your favorite TRiPP Prints from the past.
• The questionnaire allows Tripp to design something entirely unique for you!

Details:

• Deposit is due to place order and is non-refundable, balance will be due once design is approved.
• After balance is received, the order will be printed and shipped within the following seven business days.
• Thirty day minimum turnaround time - need it sooner? rush is available for additional fee.
